Business Connections and Networking at the First in person Business Gateway Midlothian & East Lothian Coffee Morning
Businesses from across Midlothian and East Lothian came together at a recent joint coffee morning hosted by Business Gateway Midlothian and Business Gateway East Lothian at The National Mining Museum in Newtongrange.
Business Networking
This was an opportunity for local businesses in the two counties to connect, network, meet the Business Gateway teams and forge new relationships with like-minded businesses.
The joint approach from the two Business Gateway services allowed greater opportunities for businesses and encouraged collaboration between the two business communities.
National Mining Museum Scotland
Hosted in the spectacular, industrial Power House room at the National Mining Museum, the venue was an instant hit and created a unique setting for a business event outside the traditional conference room setting.
Brand Leverage on Digital Media
Business owners had a chance to network over coffee and pastries before hearing from Jonny Kermode, Owner and Managing Director of Fifth House, a full service marketing and design agency based in Midlothian. They discovered how to leverage their brand on digital media to reach the right people, in the right place, in the right way.
Business Connections
Throughout the event, Business Gateway Midlothian and East Lothian Advisers were on hand to meet clients in person and provide introductions to other local businesses and partners.
It was fantastic to see so many businesses in person and the feedback has been incredibly positive with plenty more joint coffee mornings planned for the future to keep this spirit of collaboration and networking thriving across Midlothian and East Lothian.
