Creating Open, Optimistic Teams

Dr Sue MitchellAt the core of Aeona’s philosophy is the belief that open communication, inner strength, and collaboration are essential across the whole organisation and especially for successful teams.  Sue delivers in-house masterclasses to support your staff and teams. She also brings people together through Mastermind Groups, where small business owners can connect, share, and grow through guided reflection and peer support. These sessions are more than just networking, they’re about deepening understanding, solving problems together, and encouraging strategic, sustainable growth.

IDG Edinburgh: Inner Work for Outer Change

Sue’s newest initiative, the IDG Edinburgh Resilience Hub, connects into the internationally inspired Inner Development Goals (IDG) movement. Originating in Sweden, the IDGs are about building the inner skills and capacity needed to achieve meaningful, long-lasting external change.

The IDG Edinburgh Resilience Hub draws on both the IDG framework and Sue’s own forward-thinking approach to mindset changes, being adaptable and building resilience, recognising that sustainable leadership starts from within – whether you are leading yourself, other people, a project or your business or organisation.
