Responsibilities:
• Greet and serve customers with a friendly, positive attitude
• Take accurate orders and deliver food and drinks efficiently
• Provide exceptional service by ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience
• Prepare and serve drinks (bartending experience is a plus)
• Keep the work area clean and organised, following health and safety standards
• Assist colleagues during busy periods, helping with food running, clearing tables, and restocking supplies as needed
• Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and seamless service
• Support fellow team members, stepping in to assist where needed to keep operations running smoothly
• Handle payments and operate the till accurately
