Midlothian & East Lothian Women In Business Series Supported by the ESES City Region Deal

We are hosting regular Women in Business events for women owned, led and managed businesses based in Midlothian or East Lothian. Find out more about each event below and register your free place.

Realising your business’s potential and promoting it effectively

Formal business planning, creating strategies and dealing with business admin can take months and be a bit… dry. In this session, we’ll be joined by Caroline Wylie, Programme Executive at Elevator, who will outline how to create a quick and practical business plan which you can easily use to refresh your business and reach the next level of success without the need for endless admin.  Caroline will be challenging some of the beliefs you have about money, unlocking some of the things which might be holding you back and committing to DOING the stuff on the business plan!

Plus, we’ll be joined by PR expert, Michelle Brown, founder of Michelle Brown PR, to hear about promoting yourself, your business and your brand confidently and effectively.

There will be plenty of time for networking over a cuppa with other women owned, led and managed businesses from across Midlothian and East Lothian and ask Caroline, Michelle and the Midlothian and East Lothian Economic Development Teams questions.

This event is open to women who operate, own or manage a business in Midlothian or East Lothian.

Date: Thursday 21st March

Time:  9:30am – 12:30pm

Location: The Fraser Centre, 3A Winton Place, Tranent EH33 1AF
