This programme is open to Midlothian based retailers that are thinking about starting an online shop or may already have one but are not seeing results. The programme will walk you through the process of set up, including tweaks to existing sites, to maximise sales!
The programme has three parts:
Part 1: Streaming videos
A five episode streaming video series for owners and managers of retail shops who want to sell online. They might already have an ecommerce shop or they’re looking to sell online for the first time.
Part 2: Live group sessions
The programme includes two live Zoom sessions with ecommerce specialists, the first is to introduce delegates to the learning platform, and the second aims to answer questions and discuss how to book one-to-one expert help.
Part 3: One-to-one expert help
The final part of the programme is one-to-one expert help. Learn Ecommerce offers valuable advice and support to retail business owners delivered by industry experts with a proven track record of delivering tangible business results.
