Film, TV and the local economy: A session for Midlothian businesses and locations with Film Edinburgh
We’re delighted to announce that Midlothian Council has joined Film Edinburgh to offer Midlothian based businesses and locations the opportunity to reach film and TV production teams who are looking for locations, crews, facilities and support services for their features.
Local businesses and locations can now add listings to the Film Edinburgh directory, free of charge, to help promote the vast array of fantastic locations and services we have available in the area.
On the 12th February we are hosting an event at Arniston House, where Film Edinburgh will be outlining the work they do, how they can support your business and the opportunities that film tourism can bring your business. This is open to ALL businesses and locations in Midlothian, from tourism, venues and locations to catering, car hire, trades and everything in between that can help support a film crew and production.
Local partner, Midlothian Tourism Forum, will also be joining us to support tourism businesses in the area and highlight the importance of film tourism in Midlothian.
