Producing high-end, limited edition beers in Midlothian, the sky’s the limit for Top Out Brewery. The company, which combines Scottish and German brewing influences to create original craft beers including pale ales, wheat beer and smoked porter, was formed by Michael, a keen mountaineer form Frankfurt and friend, Andi, a former geologist from Heppenheim.

Now supplying to various shops, bars and restaurants, the company has tapped into support from Business Gateway Midlothian on growth potential, marketing and brand support, seeing their turnover increase substantially with further growth on the cards.
